SYSTEM ENGINEER
Reporting to CTO, your responsibilities are:
•\tTo supervise, manage, plan and implement system support in an efficient and effective manner in support of the in house departments and partners as a whole.
•\tProactive in anticipating scenarios which impact service availability and critical response time, and take necessary mitigation steps where appropriate
•\tPerforming hardware diagnostics, preventive maintenance and repairs.
•\tInstalling/testing/configuring operation system, software application, PCs, printers, and other peripherals.

REQUIREMENTS:
•\tCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•\tRequired skill(s): Linux, Windows Server, Networking (LAN & WAN).
•\tPreferably skill(s): Cisco Catalyst & Router configuration, SQL, DNS, Internet services.
•\tRequired language(s): Bahasa Indonesia and English/Chinese
•\tPreferably 4 to 5 years hands on experience in the related field.
•\tSelf-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, adaptable, fast learner
•\tEnergetic, enthusiastic, adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•\tExperience in IT technical support, operation , desktop troubleshooting, setups, installations etc
•\tGood problem solving skills and analytical mind.
