THE HUNGER GAMES [2012]
I just bought the first book of the trilogy a few weeks ago, and I actually wanted to read the book first before I see the movie. But, my friends forced me to see the movie first because if we had to wait for my reading, the movie might not be in the theater anymore [I have many exams until late April, so I was going to start read it then]. So without having read the book, I can say that I was not disappointed. I thought the story was awesome, and the cast did a wonderful job. My favorite character in the movie was Effie Trinket though. Hope to see her more in the sequels [if she's in them]. ;D, The one thing I didn't really like was the romantic scenes between the main characters, and I hope to God they won't be like the Twilight movies in the future. And, by the way, even though the movie was more than 2 hours, you wouldn't feel that, except for the first part which was kinda boring. 8/10
