Sesuai judul Urgently Required : IT - QA (Quality Assurance) / Testing Analyst
Job Description kayak gini neh gan:
Responsibilities -
1. Write structured test plans, test data , specifications, and test strategy.
2. Plan test cycles, timeline and resource allocation for each test cycle.
3. Mentor staff and contribute to growth within practice, having the skills to work collaboratively with business representatives and development team members
4. Lead a testing project and ensure Software is delivered with an excellent quality.
5. Work closely with the project BA’s and ensure requirements/user stories are clearly understood.
6. Establish excellent communications channels with BA, development/technical staff and PM to ensure smooth project delivery.
7. Establish excellent communications channels with end-users and offshore team
8. Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
9. Compile the test result in the test summary report and ensure test summary is kept up to date.
10. Work independently and be self-sufficient
11. Be flexible and responsive to fulfilling other duties as required.
12. Providing support to client during execution of SIT , UAT and REH.
13. Providing ongoing support to the client once Software is release in to Production (PAT)
Requirement -
1. Must be fluent in English communication
2. Experience of writing test cases and executing test cases within test cycles
3. Experience of designing test plan and test strategy
4. Experience of managing UAT cycles
5. Experience of mentoring junior staffs and leading testing projects
6. Preferable having experience API technologies
7. ISTQB certified is an added advantage
8. Experience in Insurance Domain is an added advantage
