Job Description :

Responsible for all purchasing from overseas Supplier and some export activities to achieve company’s goals :
1. Issue Purchase Order (PO) to overseas Suppliers 
2. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team and Operation departments
3. Monitor for any update upon new material, pack size and price
4. Monitor for Stock allocation and Stock availability to overseas Suppliers
5. Follow-up to overseas Suppliers to get fix delivery date / ETD-ETA  
6. Monitor shipment progress to Forwarders until arrival in Jakarta port
7. Prepare Import documents for Customs clearance and Payment purpose
8. Provide and daily update the monitoring report / Import report 
9. Prepare monthly Management Review report for Purchasing Import
10. Provide other monthly report upon Arrival orders to HQ / Management


Range salary start from IDR 9.000.000 (negotiable)
