We have team not only in Indonesia but also in China. At this moment, we are looking for a recruiter who is passionate about getting the best talents to build a world class technology company. The ideal candidate will be able to attract firstrate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed expectations and to add value to the business.
Responsibilities Key responsibilities include:

1. Partner with hiring managers throughout the organization to establish a recruiting
strategy
2. Create innovative sourcing strategies using different sourcing channels
3. Utilize a variety of social media channels to attract talent
4. Develop exciting advertisements from current job descriptions to attract desired
candidates
5. Drive and manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing, interviewing, to
onboarding of candidates
6. Think creatively about recruiting processes and procedures to help maintain a talent
pipeline which will support our growth over the coming years
7. Initiate and lead talent strategy and performance assigned programs and projects
8. Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
9. Assist in the development and integration of policies.

Requirements All candidates will need:
1. Proven work experience as a recruiter
2. Ability to organize assessment centers
3. Possesses good negotiation skills
4. Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference
check etc)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
