(Costumer Service - Telesales / Marketing - Operations Manager - Marketing Manager)

Customer Service Support:
Provide information in accordance with the needs and demands of customers
Verification and validation of customer data
Classify each issue from customer to determine the type / category of issues that will be recorded in the report
Provide solutions and recommendations on the problems experienced by customers
Following up on customer needs
Give instructions or guidance to the customer over the phone
Maintaining good relations with existing customers and new customers
Creating support reports for daily, weekly, and monthly
Additional support duties which is required by the company
Tele Sales / Marketing Support:
Responsible for introduction and market the products to customers
Provide complete product information to potential customers
Achieving the sales target that have been set by management
Comply with all the requirements of the policy and the quality of tele-sales.
Perform other additional tasks tele sales
Have the determination and target oriented to increase customer
Having a good social life and marketing oriented
Additional Tele sales / Marketing duties which is required by the company


Marketing Manager:
Create Planning and responsible for marketing, promotion, online marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Plan and execute database marketing, social media, and banner
Coordinate with graphic design to create and maintain the look of social media
Measuring and reporting performance results of the marketing team
Being able to recognize trends and information to improve the performance of marketing activities
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of the overall sales targets, which set by the company
Monitoring the performance and achievement of targets marketing staff, marketing supervisor
Optimizing the marketing team to achieve the company's goals
Determining the sales target for each team Marketing.
Creating a Marketing Plan in detail to be able to achieve sales targets.
Maintaining good relations within the members and relationships that already exist and increase the number of new members.
Develop a marketing strategy and brand awareness
Motivate and increase the sense of optimism team marketing
Additional Marketing Manager duties which is required by the company

The requirement for Operations positions :
Male or Female
Age 28-40 years
Minimum education Bachelor in any discipline or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 2.8
Strong communication, negotiation and good analytical
Knowing and applying management functions well
Target oriented.
Able to work after hours if needed
Provide a good example for staff (role model)
Being able to learn quickly, confidence and discipline and have high morale.
Open and receptive to feedback / suggestions / criticism even reprimand from both staff or superiors
Able to work under pressure
Has an extensive network
have high leadership, an honest, hardworking, responsible, creative, proactive, loyal, trustworthy, motivator and problem solver (solving problems)
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
Able to operate Microsoft Office.
Willing to work on Sundays and national holidays.
Able to speak English very well, both orally and in writing
The requirement for Customer Service & Telesales / Marketing positions:
Male or Female
Age 18 - 32 years
Minimum Education Diploma or equivalent
Able to type a faster with 10 fingers
Strong communication, negotiation and good analytical
Ability to work under pressure
Willing to work during holidays and shift (additional)
Hardworking, honest, conscientious, responsible, quick learner, creative, proactive, loyal and trustworthy.
Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field, open also for fresh graduates
Able to operate Microsoft Office
