Master Selam dealing with distribution of Diving equipment with outlets in Jakarta and Bali looking for
Dynamic, highly motivated individuals in Sales and Marketing with qualification below

- Fluent in English orally and written.
- Customer Service orientated.
- Ability to Analyze Report and willing to learn on Product Knowledge.
- Self Confidence to Achieve Sales Target.
- Responsible to servicing customers effectively in assigned Territory.
- Able to negotiate with presentation skill and driven to grow market share.
- Experience in similar responsibility, products and market will be an added asset.


Brief Job description

- Responsible in either Retail or Wholesale department in assigned territories.
- Manage and Services existing accounts, establish new accounts, follow up on orders, by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
- Negotiate on Sales Orders and provide alternatives with advice to confirm the order from customers based on their profile.
- Effective and correct analysis by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Updates to management by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering market intelligence for information on pricing, products, availability, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
