Business Process Analyst
Job Description
Framework setting
1. Based on a business understanding from a higher level perspective responsible for implementing a structured process management approach according to the Allianz Operating model.
2. Responsible for execution of planned initiatives incl. but not limited to the implementation of new processes or the re-definition of existing ones and the enhancement of the overall organizational design.
3. Alignment of existing and upcoming organizational rules, manuals, and standards in collaboration with affected stakeholders.
Review and analysis
1. Accountable for pro-actively and continuously reviewing processes and procedures in line with customer needs, thereby ensuring their improvement and validity expressed by reduction in redundancies and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
2. In charge of setting up or updating SOPs and overseeing their implementation and appliance.
Change management
1. Manages projects for rationalization and process optimization and ensures that the overall process- / organizational strategy are adhered to. Simulate and test process improvements where appropriate.
2. Ensure that changes are clearly communicated to other stakeholders and that training will be provided accordingly.
3. Responsible for execute the SOP projects incl. identifying, coordinating, and testing the related impacts.
Relationship Management
1. Being a service culture mentality, drive pro-active behavior, take ownership / responsibility and drive innovative thinking.
2. Adhere the compliance to company policy, best practices, legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Establish and develop successful relationship with key business heads and other teams.
4. Drive towards an open and clear communication with our stakeholders.
Additional
As well as any other tasks and responsibilities assigned to by Head of Business Process Architecture, Head of OM, or top management.
Desired Skills & Experience -
1. 2-3 years in handling Business Process Analysis
2. min. 5 years in using Ms. Visio
3. min. 3 years in creating or reviewing System Operational Procedure
4. 1-2 years in Project Management area as project team member
5. Bachelor / MBA, open mindset, strong communication skills
6. In depth knowledge on insurance business and its special features is of advantage

Job Description
Project life cycle management
Manage projects from initiation until closure phase. Ensure the adherence to company standards (Allianz Development Methodology). Create a project plan (incl. milestones and deliverables), identify interdependencies with other projects, coordinate with IT PM on technical solution, perform risk monitoring, and set up a quality plan. Ensure projects are moving forward, develop corrective actions in order to avoid project delays. Responsible for complete and relevant project documentation according to agreed deliverables and repository.
Financial management
Manage project budget and track current spending / future accruals vs agreed budget. Manage expenses regularly, thereby liaising with IT, Finance and vendors. Conduct regular review of current spending vs agreed budget and update related stakeholder accordingly.
Risk management
Manage project risks and issues, ensure relevant stakeholders are informed in timely manner and mitigation actions as well as escalation steps are provided. Conduct active risk review during the project life, prepare risk assessment checklists and develop corrective actions.
Scope & Quality management
Ensure that the agreed requirements are being implemented acc. to the requirements documentation. This will include definition of scope (by liaising with Business Analyst and relevant stakeholders), change control, preparing change requests and presenting it in order to get stakeholder's approval. Ensure all deliverables for the project are complete and the business objectives are met. Define and measure KPIs in order to assess project success.
Stakeholder management
Establish and develop successful relationship with all stakeholders. Ensure availability of stakeholder resources on the agreed period with relevant skills and expertise in order to avoid delays. Drive towards an open and clear communication to diminish different expectations. Ensure satisfaction of end user, stakeholders, management and other ext & int. parties

a. Minimum 8 - 10 years of running full cycle projects from initiation until completion
b. Managing medium to large scale project implementation
c. Bachelor / MBA, open mindset, strong communication skills
d. Formal project management qualifications (e.g. PMP) / training: PMP certification preferred
