Everybody knows about what's going on now. Many collective-executives or ministries have been rammed and lashed out by Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) action. But, till hodiernal we never find a news telling about corruption investigation in TNI.

I'm taken aback when I found an article in a forum stating that "Government Regulation (UU no. 34 tahun 2004) doesnt allow KPK to adjudicate Military and every wickedness in TNI is fully handled by The Court-Martial of Indonesia". Because of that, KPK dont have any strength to fight off corruption problem in TNI.

As a fact telling that Court-Martial was established and conducted by TNI Officials.

Every year, TNI spend massive budgets from APBN to obtain armaments and defense system devices which are full of opportunity in KKN. Another one is KKN of Army Recruitments in Akmil, Scapa, Scaba, and the other ways included . The Court-Martial never investigate that. Yes! The regulation contributes in giving flexibility for them making wickedness. How can they pass judgement to their own selves?
