Sleep is an important activity for human beings. Sleep means refreshing your body and mind. It also means a rest for the next activity. Human beings must sleep at least 8 hours for their health. But how if we can’t sleep? What must we do? Check these tips !!

1. Prepare a comfortable bed
Make sure that your bed is comfortable for you. The best sleep begins from the best bed.

2. Take a bath before going to bed
A fresh body can make fresh mind too. Taking a bath before go+ing to sleep can make us comfortable

3. Drink milk
Milk is good for sleep because it contains amino acid that can slow down brain activity. Of course, it can make us sleepy faster.

4. Don’t drink beverages that contain caffeine
Never drink coffee or soft drink before sleep+ing. Those beverages contain caffeine that can increase your energy. It make us hard to sleep.

5. Don’t watch TV
The light from TV and other electronic screens, such as computer, is the same with the sunlight. Sunlight makes human body and brain work hard.

6. Listening to the music
Music can make our mind relaxing. I suggest you to listen to classic music with slow beat or many kinds of lullaby. If you want to get your best sleep, never listen hard beat song like rock before you sleep.

7. Consume herbal medicine
Herbal medicine can make our brain slow down. Don’t use the generic medicine, but use the herbal one.

8. Go to a doctor
If those tips do not work, you must go to a doctor.
