We came into existence in 1972 with the launch of Femina, the first women’s magazine in Indonesia. Ever since then, we have grown to become a trusted media group as the contents are on a par with the Indonesian values. We continuously thrive to provide various brands and products that are very well received by Indonesians.

With 14 magazines, as well as other divisions like creative boutique, event organizer, radio station, publishing house and online publications, we move beyond the limits. Utilizing a wide variety of modern platform such as the Internet, brand activation and the communities, enables us to optimize the potentials of all divisions and create a collaboration in any form.

The word ‘impossible’ does not exist in our vocabulary. Every opportunity is a step to progress, and every challenge is the chance to innovate.

Currently, our company need some ICT Helpdesk/Support Staff that will complete our ICT Department, with requirements as below :

1. Installing, supporting and maintaining new ICT hardware and software infrastructure, LAN, WAN.
2. Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
3. Responsible for other IT equipment, such as printers, scanners, CCTV, PABX.
4. Setting up user accounts, permissions and password.
5. Monitoring network usage.
6. Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems.
7. Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.
8. Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
9. Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet.
10. Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
11. Working closely with other departments/organisations and collaborating with other ICT staff.

Candidate must possess at least STM majoring at Network Technical (TKJ), Electricity and Computer/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science of reputable university.
Preferable Male and willing to be place in Jakarta.
Minimum 1 – 2 years experience, or fresh graduate with desire to learn are welcome.
Able to work under pressure and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
