>> HR/GA Staff (1 Position)
Experiences/Skills:

- Have more than 3 years experiences in GA/HR (preferable in IT
company)
- Experienced in new biz development/fee negotiation with trader
related GA/HR matters
Education: Bachelor or Vocational School

>> A Japanese EPC company located in Jakarta is looking for Engineers with below specs:
1) Scope of works for each engineer; Basic/Detail design work, including but not limited to;
- Prepare equipment specifications/data sheets for client
approval and purchasing equipment.
- Review vendor quotations and prepare bid analysis tables.
- Review and approve vendor specifications/drawings including
factory test procedures
- Prepare pre-commissioning /commissioning procedures and
participate pre-commissioning/commissioning activities.
2) To prepare documents itemized in above 1) design work and make sure the soundness conduct any simulations/calculations
3) Major works highlighted to each discipline will include;

>> Mechanical Engineer:
Design works for rotating equipment(pumps ,compressors,
blowers) pressure vessels, heat exchangers, relief valves,
shutdown valves boilers,N2/ plant air system, other utilities etc

>> Piping Engineer:
Plant plot plans, pipe rack/sleeper layout, each piping design
including review of isometric drawing of pipe spools, material
take-off for piping fittings and valves. Hydraulic calculations, heat
stress analysis

>> Instrument Engineer
Plant control sytem including DCS,PC-PLC system and control
panels. Plant inter-lock and shutdown system. Field instruments
including gauges, switches and transmitters (F/L/P/T). Control
valves and shutdown valves. Canalytical instruments. Plant
fire/gas monitoring system

>> Japanese Speaking Admin
- NO EX/IM experiences needed
- Mon-Fri , 8.30-17.00
- Line of Business : Trading of Machinery, Tool, Material, etc
- Main products : NC, Milling machine, Cutting machine, Griding
- Clients : mainly Japanese manufacturing

>> Japanese Speaking Operation staff

- Reporting to : Japanese Director
- Employee : Starting 1 to 2 Japanese + 4 to 5 Indonesians
- Job & Experience ( some of them) : Sales, Production, Planner
- Together with Japanese, Presentation of EO, Promotion plan to Clients,
And follow up till the projects finish with Sub Contract Production houses, etc.
- Working hour : 10.00 – 19.00 Mon – Fri ( tentatively )

>> Japanese Speaking Sales Administration Staff
- Sales Admin
- Simple Accounting, paperworks
- General matters
- Female, cheerful,
- Age: 20 - 30y,
- Exp: Administration
- Japanese must, level 3 (no need Kanji)

>> Japanese Speaking Marketing/Sales
- Male
- 26 years - 30 Years
- Speak, Read, Writing Japanese
- Base Salary around IDR 4,000,000.-/nego + transport & meals (40,000.-)
- THR Bonus 1x salary
- Medical Insurance and JAMSOSTEK

>> Japanese speaking customer service staff

- 21 Indonesian staffs
- Male or Female
- 22-35 years old
- English Active, Japanese/ Mandarine is advantage
- MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
- Experiences in Customer Service for hospitality industry

>> Japanese Speaking EX-IM staff (Industrial Rubber Manufacturer)
- Preferred Male, age 30s
- Preferred experienced in EXIM but other fields are also welcomed unless from service industry
- Able to communicate in Japanese and good written English
